Daniel Oguche is a distinguished construction engineering executive and Managing Partner with over 20 years of experience leading the delivery of complex infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential developments across Nigeria. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Construction Project and Cost Management from Coventry University, United Kingdom, and is an active member of both the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). Throughout his career, Daniel has successfully led the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile projects across the public and private sectors. His portfolio includes landmark developments such as the Ilubirin Housing Estate Project for the Lagos State Government, critical infrastructure projects for the Nigerian Air Force, construction works at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, as well as several premium residential developments for Urban Shelter and Bilaad Realty. Daniel has also led multidisciplinary teams in delivering large-scale commercial and industrial projects, including banking facilities for Diamond Bank and Titan Trust Bank, the Garki Shopping Complex Basement and Elevated Parking Facility, fuel storage infrastructure, and regional agro-urban market developments. With a reputation for excellence in project delivery, stakeholder management, and construction leadership, Daniel combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive operational efficiency, sustainable growth, and exceptional project outcomes. Mamman Lawan Habou COO
Mamman Lawan Habou is a seasoned engineering and business leader with over 20 years of progressive experience spanning technical engineering, project management, business operations, and executive leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As Managing Partner at Rampart, Mamman provides strategic leadership across the company's construction, engineering, and business development functions. He plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strengthening client relationships, overseeing contract negotiations, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects across the company's portfolio. His leadership supports Rampart's vision of becoming a leading indigenous construction and infrastructure company in West Africa, with a strong focus on sustainable growth, profitability, risk management, and execution excellence. Prior to joining Rampart, Mamman's career included technical and leadership roles with global engineering organizations such as Areva and Alstom, where he developed extensive expertise in engineering operations, project delivery, asset management, and technical leadership within highly regulated environments. As Project & Administration Manager at Colvi Ltd, he successfully managed project lifecycles, contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and budget control, ensuring projects were delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Since 2017, he has served as General Manager of Denplex Engineers and Associated, with full profit and loss responsibility for the organization. In this role, he oversees multidisciplinary operations, drives strategic business growth, and leads the successful execution of complex engineering and construction projects. Mamman brings to Rampart deep expertise in project coordination, contract negotiation, operational efficiency, business development, and risk mitigation. His unique combination of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and executive leadership continues to strengthen Rampart's ability to deliver high-quality projects and create lasting value for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Omoare Paul A Managing Partner
Engr. Omoare Paul is a seasoned professional in the engineering and construction industry with over 10 years of experience, leading successful execution of Engineering infrastructure and project delivery over the years.
Holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.ENG) in civil engineering from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Ahmadu Bello university, Zaria, as a core integration for both technical and managerial expertise.
A member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
As a project manager with Rampart Consults Limited, he has overseen and led to the delivery of several projects through robust project planning and coordination, budgeting, scheduling, design integration, and closure of projects within project timelines and specifications.
Having been involved in delivering large-scale commercial and industrial project such as The Nigeria Navy Residential development project Lagos, Dualization of double carriage way kyami district Abuja, Abraham Adesaya Housing estate Ajah by the Lagos state government, construction of 2 level basement parking, shopping complex, Garki Abuja, town house blocks at comfort homes estate Jahi, Abuja, etc.
His strategic role through technical acumen and managerial competencies, effective communication, and team leadership is a pivotal instrument to holistically support Ramparts vision through top notch quality delivery, client satisfaction, and excellence.
Akuihe Jude Project Manager, Rampart Consults Limited
Akuihe Jude is a results-driven project manager with over 12 years of hands-on site and engineering experience across Nigeria’s construction sector. He is committed to excellence, precision, and delivering projects that align with client vision and organizational goals. At Rampart Consults Limited, Jude leads project execution and site management, with a strong focus on team building, mentorship, and ensuring seamless delivery from groundworks to handover. It is his utmost desire to put in the necessary effort to see Rampart Consults grow bigger, and his approach blends technical depth with collaborative leadership to drive quality, safety, and efficiency on every project.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Building Technology and a National Diploma in Civil Engineering, with additional certifications in architectural design and desktop publishing. Jude is a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Building and a member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria. His core expertise spans project management, site supervision, project execution, engineering delivery, and technical coaching and team development.
Some of his selected projects include the Senior Officers’ Mess Development at Sam Ethan Air Force Base, PWD Ikeja, Lagos; High-Capacity Officers’ Quarters at Naval Units, Abuja; a 9-story, 5-star hotel with a basement in Abuja’s Central Business District; and multiple large estate developments, including a 50+ unit high-rise scheme for Bilaad Realty and over five estates for Urban Shelter Ltd across Abuja and Lagos.
